I'm Sophie,
Thank you for checking out Silver Birch Bakery! Sophie's the name, baking's the game! Ever since I was a kid, I've loved designing, baking and eating cakes. After many requests, in 2021 I set up shop, or kitchen, then names Sophie's Cakes. In 2025 I decided to rebrand as Silver Birch Bakery because I offer more than just cake.

It's given me the opportunity to make things that are completely different to birthday cakes, and carry on experimenting and refining my skills! Who knew that it's so much fun to put cheesecake in an Easter egg?!
